The company invented the field-programmable gate array and is the semiconductor company that created the first fabless manufacturing model. During this time, the company which had been providing funding to Xilinx, Monolithic Memories Inc. (MMI), was purchased by Xilinx competitor AMD. As a result, Xilinx dissolved the deal with MMI and went public on the NASDAQ in 1989. Detailed Eligibility:
- B.E/M.E/M.Tech or B.S/M.S in EE/CE.
- Excellent circuit design and logic design concepts.
- Exposure to system Verilog.
- Strong working knowledge of UNIX environment, shell scripting and scripting languages such as Perl/Tcl.
- Experience in using Revision control and bug tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Description:
- The selected candidate will be part of a team of circuit design engineers involved in the delivery of best-in-class SRAMs and Analog designs.
- The candidate will be involved in the development and verification of custom circuit design blocks.
