Job Description :-
- The Reporting specialist delivers all the reports for resourcing with detailed analysis and insights of the constantly changing scenarios of resourcing deliveries.
- The role will also responsible to work in collaboration with local/Global SPOCs of HR systems to automate the reports.
- The role will ensure maintenance of a central repository of all the versioned reports so that we history is easily retrievable for any quantitative and qualitative analysis
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:-
- Create and version all Resourcing reports
- Develop the right checks to ensure 100% data accuracy
- Publish reports to the defined stake holders in the defined frequency
- Make way for customized reports as per the demand of stake holders
- Derive data points for decision making in driving the implementation of Resourcing strategy
