Job description
I provide support to the store colleagues in UK and Ireland stores by understanding their issue and troubleshooting it and by ensuring to resolve the issue in the quickest manner. In this job, I am accountable for:
– Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
– Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
– Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI’s
– Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
– I provide support to the store staff in the UK and Ireland by speaking to them or by being available to help resolve their queries/concerns by troubleshooting in the quickest available manner
– I deliver quality and reliable service to my customers and/or colleagues as per agreed Key Performance Indicators/ guidelines of the process with the support of my managers.
– I am available for 34 hrs per week speaking to store colleagues in UK/Ireland
