- Material and Supplier identification
- Material ordering
- Co-ordination and follow up with factory, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Invoicing and Invoice delivery
- Applications used SAP, MS Office, Skype, IE
- Process 98% (Email) non-voice and 2% voice (make calls to suppliers, factory, conduct reconciliation meeting)
