Calling, Emailing & Following up on the leads or customers is at the heart of this role
Learn & understand Altair’s broad portfolio of solutions quickly
Learn about the new tools/software’s to enable them with their day to day activity
Researching, Identifying and Qualifying new customers where Altair Solutions can be positioned
Profiling of customers to get information through calls, emails and tools if required
Communication is a key aspect from making outbound calls, emails to potential customers and following up with questions and sending additional information required
Understanding customers’ needs, identifying sales opportunities and position the right solution
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
Staying informed about competing products and services
Upselling products and services
