- 0-2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance

Job Overview: The Client Lead Finance Officer Team – Risk and Control Analyst position is under the Citigroup wide Client Analytics & Lead Finance Officer team. This is a new team, focusing on supporting Citi’s Chief Client Officer and driving improvements to Citi’s set of Client Financials. This role will support and execute governance across the wider team. Additionally, this role will support MCA BAU and MCA Transformation activities. Candidates for this role will:
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update EUC repository across all of Client LFO functions as needed
- Support preparation and consolidation of governance related activities across all Client LFO functions
- Apply knowledge of the business, products, or services to identify potential documentation, process, or control gaps and drive effective remediation.
- Maintain Finance-owned policies and procedures in adherence to those requirements, as appropriate.
- Support facilitation and governance of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA, i.e. Risk & Control Self-Assessment).
- Work effectively in a rapidly evolving risk and control environment with limited direction to meet high priority deadlines.
- Assist with coordinating materials/responses to regulatory and/or internal audit requests.
- Support Transformation efforts as needed.
- Monitor and track deliverables to ensure timely completion.
