Essential Requirements:-

  • Bachelors degree in any stream with 1 year of international call center experience
  • If undergraduate, then applicant must have at least 12 months of international calling experience
  • Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24×7 environment
  • Should have excellent communication skills in English
  • Should be open to relocate to Hyderabad

  • Demonstrates good judgment in analyzing information to make routine decisions.
  • Follows up with occasional outbound calls
