Responsibilities of the Intern:-
Unacademy is hiring Talent Acquisition Interns!
- Handling talent acquisition operations for the recruitment team with high efficiency and energy
- Coordinating with the hiring managers and candidates for a speedy and smooth interview process
- Managing the calendar and scheduling interviews
- Maintaining candidate pipeline trackers and generating reports and presenting the insights
- Maintaining clear dashboards and job portals
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (candidates) for a smooth and delightful experience
- Taking end-to-end ownership of TA-related projects will improve the overall efficiency of the team
- Fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates and past applicants
