Job Description :-
Razorpay is looking for exceptional candidates with passion for training to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the process training for Hire to Retire.Includes conducting/facilitating the required training, creating modules, assisting the line leaders in any other activities as required.
To be successful as a Process trainer, you should communicate with appropriate business leaders, other trainers, stakeholders and management to ensure that all training is conducted on-time and with sufficient resources and facilities. The ideal candidate will be a confident speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest product knowledge and resources needed to impart and evaluate employee training and performance.
Responsibilities:–
- Responsible for mitigating and eliminating gaps in training occurring due to issues or concerns with communication skills and language skills.
- Design effective training programs to cater to the business needs.
- Additionally support quality initiatives when not in training.
- Deliver in-person and remote training sessions to new and existing employees on varied topics.
- Accountable for completion of trainee surveys, quizzes and certifications.
- To conduct calibration sessions with the support team when required.
- Create training strategies, initiatives, materials and Maintain a database of all training records.
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and new launches.
- Monitor and manage training effectiveness with successful target achievement.
- Schedule and perform pre and post-training assessments and monitor progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
