Educational Qualification:- Preferably MBA in HR
Experience:- Freshers
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Will be responsible for recruitment process, employee engagement process, payroll
- Design compensation and benefits packages
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Monitor HR departmentâs budget
- Manage payroll process
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Contract Duration:- 2-3 months
