- Conducting weekly and monthly one to one business meeting with Quality Supervisors and Sr. Supervisors.
- Conducting skip level Quarterly meeting with Quality team and gather their feedback and concerns.
- Managing and attending new implementation project meeting and assuring that the quality requirements are met within time frame of project milestones.
- Supervision on the execution on the development plans for the Quality resources.
- Track and measure performance improvement across all Quality and CSAT and attrition metrics in EGYro.
- Setting corrective action plan and strategies for performance improvement to assure that site CVA meets the targets.
- Assure that Hired Quality resources are within SOW ration and department budget and seeking new ways toward efficient operation.
