Principle Responsibilities:-
- First-line support of Network infrastructure based on the alerts from Network monitoring system (NMS)
- Triage and Remediate issues related to routing/switching, wireless, firewalls, and remote access VPN
- Strict adherence to change management process while implementing changes to the above-mentioned network infrastructure
