Salary Package:- For Direct Sales, 10 LPA (7 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)

Working Days:- Wednesday to Sunday (Week off Monday and Tuesday)

Must have:
- Any Graduation degree or All semester mark sheets barring the final semester ( applicable for 2021 Graduates/ freshers/ having 1-3 years of experience)
- Willingness to build a career in the sales domain

Good to have:
- Highly effective communication
- Strong conviction
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Prior experience in sales and business development is an add-on
- Good grasp of the school curriculum and learning

Job Description:-
BYJU’S is looking for Passionate, Self-driven, Flexible, and Focused individuals who can take education to the next level.
- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading BYJU’s unique way of learning.
- As a BDA in BYJU’S, you will be expected to connect with potential customers (parents and students), set up meetings, counsel the students on the BYJU’S unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers.
Note:- Female candidates will have to RELOCATE to Bangalore after the pandemic is over and they should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in sales/customer service.
