Position Summary:
- Are you prepared to embark on a new journey alongside a team of dynamic professionals shaping and enhancing the world’s infrastructure? Bentley is seeking you! We’re in search of a Software Engineer (Automation Development) who will report directly to the Manager of Software Development. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, situated in our Pune office.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team operating in an Agile, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery Software Development framework.
- Contribute to the development of new and existing Automation Frameworks and Tools for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Participate in designing and implementing new features and frameworks for Automation.
- Contribute to Code Coverage of Automation and provide guidance to the Development + QA Team in composing additional Automated Tests to enhance Code Coverage.
- Engage in defect resolution and application improvement initiatives.
- Upgrade and maintain existing software and web services tests.
- Work within a dynamic DevOps-oriented software development environment.
- Understand functionalities of both web and desktop applications.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
- BE/MS in Computer Science & Engineering ONLY with 0-5 years of experience in Automation Tools Development.
- Proficient in programming languages such as C++, C#, OOPS.
- Familiarity with Unit Testing tools, Mock Testing Tools, and Code Coverage Tools.
- Understanding of Scenario and Integration Testing.
- Knowledge of WPF, Telerik.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Proficiency in Design Patterns and Memory Management.
- Understanding of UML Diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with automation tools like Test Complete, WinAppDriver is a plus.
