  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience : 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.

  • Monitoring the team mailbox on regular intervals to ensure all received queries are responded to within the stipulated time.
