- 0-2 years of relevant experience in production support
- Should have BE/ B. Tech/BCA/MCA/ ME/M.Tech /B.Sc. (Computers)/M.Sc. (Computers) degree from a reputed University
- Basic knowledge or working on windows and unix platforms.
- Should have good understanding of the commands in Linux
- Knowledge on scripting languages (e.g. bash shell scripting, Perl, etc).
- Excellent working familiarity with NMS tools , Ticketing tools and MS Excel
