  • System Monitoring : Continuously monitor critical systems and services to ensure minimal downtime and take proactive actions as needed.
  • Basic User Training : Guide users through basic setup, configuration, or troubleshooting steps, and provide general IT assistance.
  • Documentation : Maintain and update knowledge base articles, procedures, and solutions for repetitive issues.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with other teams (eg, L2 support, development, network team) to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
  • Adherence to SLA : Ensure that all tickets and issues are addressed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Customer Interaction : Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all interactions with customers and colleagues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
