Requirements:

0 to 1 Year Experience
Will be sourcing the candidate as per our requirements.
Screening the resume and finding the fitment of candidates.
Managing complete recruitment life cycle that includes screening suitable applicants through various channels and interacting with the hiring managers to facilitate the selection and on boarding of shortlisted candidates.
Constant follow up with the candidate until the verdict is on- board.
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
Ensures the joining of the selected candidates.
Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
Support Head of Recruitment.
