Position
Riverbed Technology is looking for an Intern to join us for a 9 months program to gear up on product and technology knowledge. On successful completion, conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 5 Lac/annum.

- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, servers, VPN).
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Provide remote support to customers via phone, web, and email
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base articles
