- Deliver regular and ad hoc updates on workforce data to various stakeholders, including technical teams and management.
- Develop and manage reports tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences across technical and operational domains.
- Lead efforts during organizational transitions, including designing and implementing department structures, coordinating system updates with relevant teams, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and creating/updating reports to reflect structural changes.
- Develop centralized dashboards to enhance visibility into space utilization and workforce details.
- Upskill in reporting and visualization tools to improve data analysis and presentation capabilities.
- Track and analyze workforce changes, providing actionable insights for leadership planning and decision-making.
- Reconcile workforce data post-transitions, ensuring alignment with targets and organizational records.
- Act as a primary contact for headcount-related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Continuously refine reporting processes to align with organizational updates and changes
- Create end-user facing BI and analytics products (specifically Tableau dashboards)
- Understand and implement best practices / standards for all reporting and analytics delivery
- Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective and sustainable solutions
- Act as an expert to advise consulting teams on the application and design of data visualization and dashboarding solutions
- Design and/or implement tools for data visualization and reporting solutions to support data analysis, including calculation of metrics, and detection of trends
- Develop and deploy visualizations & dashboards, etc., following modern data visualization methods and using Tableau.
- Explore, model, mine, and experiment with data to answer critical business issues
- Work in a collaborative manner with clients and team members to understand business needs and translate these in metrics and data needs, while collaborating iteratively on data visualization
- Keep abreast of new and current data visualization trends and technologies
- Provide guidance and support on BI and reporting strategies for different audiences and use cases
- Proactively identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues, including data quality issues, unsustainable processes, and impact of business process changes to the analytics environment
- Analysis, design, development and deployment of dashboards and reports
- Translate business needs into compelling visualizations of KPI trends through iterative design sessions and wireframing
- Collaborate closely with and influence business leaders to assess opportunities and technical solutions for the enterprise
