Sound understanding on CICS
Candidate should be flexible and happy to work on different tools related to mainframe
Should have good exposure to Cobol code analyzer and debugger
Should be happy to learn new Technology (OT Exstream) and work on different tools

Confluence and Jira skills will be added advantage
Good to have exposure to Agile Methodology
He should be a good Team player, having good communication and analytical skills
