Job Description:
GlobalFoundries is seeking a motivated, self-driven intern to work on software and tools used for Reliability modeling. This work will involve enhancing existing tools/scripts, as well as developing new ones which are used to do QA of semiconductor reliability models. This requires strong coding background and expertise in C, C++ and python. Knowledge of perl and VBA is desirable. Basic of knowledge of semiconductor physics of devices (MOSFET) is also needed. Knowledge of semiconductor reliability phenomenon (HCI, BTI etc.) would be an added plus.
Your Job:
The candidate should be able to get started in various existing C, C++, and python codes, understand and enhance them as per specifications, and develop new code where necessary. The code should conform to software development best practices. Prior coding experience (1-2 years) is necessary. The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and should have requisite coding and debugging skills.
