Job Responsibilities:-
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking issues
- Computer Hardware Trouble shooting
- Should have knowledge on new installation
- OS installation / Trouble shooting of Clied OS (Windows xp / 7 / 8) or Linux
- Product Knowledge of touch screen monitor, PDA and basic networking parts
- Assembling / Integration of Computer parts
- Configuration of OS /Networking printer
- Installation and configuration of antivirus
