- Provides global support across APAC, UK and US
- Administering and managing the end to end recertification process within the Recertification toolset.
- Coordination with various users and support teams in relation to recertification, feeds management.
- Conduct trainings and Demos
- Participate in Testing of new functionalities or enhancements in the toolsets
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reporting Metrics for internal teams and management
- Mentoring new joiners in the team
- Participate in both internal and external audit queries pertaining to recertification process and evidences.
- Responsible for daily activities of user recertification including https://fresherscamp.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Madhya-Pradesh-MP-PEB-Group-2-Sub-Group-4-Various-Post-Answer-Key-2021.jpg and support of manual and automated recertification process
