Skills & Experience:- Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG), BSCAN, DFT
Job Description:-
- The DFT Trainee Engineer after 3 months of on job training, will be responsible for DFT logic implementation, vector generation and test verification, which includes:
- Perform Scan insertion at block level by verifying all DRC violations.
- Generate ATPG vectors for Stuck-At, Transition fault models. Verify all these patterns with and without SDF.
- Test coverage Analysis and coverage improvements if required.
